There are days when I think I’m not sick enough to justify asking people for help and other days when I have a constant pain in my chest and I’m dizzy when I stand, but to scared to go to the Dr (because I don’t think she will understand about Eating disorders and will tell me my weight is in a good range) or tell anyone that does understand, in case they say well then you aren’t in recovery. Because you shouldn’t be having pains and feeling dizzy if you are in recovery.
